Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns for undamaged items.
Just contact shelagh@linocutstudio.com within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to our address within 21 days of delivery. Refunds cannot be offered after this period of time.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them and also in the original packaging. Please contact us to arrange the return and show proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this payment may take several days to show up in your statement. If your refund payment is delayed, you should contact your bank first to check the status of the incoming payment. If there is a problem, please notify us at shelagh@linocutstudio.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Ineligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items that are damaged for reasons not caused by production or distribution faults
- Items sent after the return dates outlined above

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please notify us by email at shelagh@linocutstudio.com and provide photographic evidence of any defects or damage. We will review these defects and offer to replace the damaged items free of charge or apply a refund on your original order (including shipping).

Return Shipping

Please notify us first if you are planning to return your item as we would be happy to assist and advise you. Returned items should be sent to:

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case there are problems during shipping.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returned item. We will notify you when the exchanged product has been dispatched. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary.
